The Spring of 2013 (April 1) Pastor Michael (aka Larry) left the US bound for
Uganda. With him he packed Bibles to be given to the local pastors who so
desperately need them. The Mission: Minister to the children at the
Acts for Messiah Children's Home, give Bibles to Pastors in rural communities,
and to visit numerous congregations to encourage and build up the body of
Messiah. The first congregation to visit was Bumbo. Teacher David
Mabonga, myself, and Pastor John-Michael Masaaba set off on what looked like a

Rainy season turned a sunny day into a rainy day making travel to Bumbo very
difficult. We ended up hiking for about a mile and a half before reaching
It was wonderful to be back with Teacher David's Congregation.
I was able to see the Progress that has been made on Teacher David's Primary
School. The School is up and running with over 65 students.

I had lot's of visitors come visit me for Bible studies.
Brother Bagaga (pictured below on the right) was another visitor that blessed
us by giving us a ride in his car to Iganga and hosting us for that weekend.

Then Brother Bagaga brought us to his home for a wonderful feast prepared by
his wife. This wonderful couple fed us the entire weekend. Each meal
was a feast for a king! Thank you Brother Bagaga and Irene!
